Your card data is 100% safe with us:( We do not hold any data!) We do not trust 'click to buy' sites, or online only so-called 'retailers', so we do not expect you to trust them either. We have no database, and no electronically-held data to hack into. We have no secure website, and no intention to develop one, as we are a real 'bricks and mortar' shop: But there are a number of safe and secure options to help you with your purchase. Please check with us first before making payment as to the final price, incl. current VAT and delivery charges, and to check if the item is in stock. Please read details on our 'Terms' page. Where prices are quoted in Euros, please enquire on the day as to the rate of exchange offered.
To order and pay, either order via e mail, without card information then telephone with your card information, or request bank transfer details (preferred). We do not hold card data on file: we comply with the law and shred all card details immediately after the authorised use.

This is the best and quickest way to place an order, and give your card information. We cannot always answer the phone, but please leave a message, and we will call you back as soon as we can.

We check our e-mails many times each day, and try to reply immediately. This is a good and quick way to place an order, but if you are not happy to send card information via e-mail, please call us with that information separately. We do not recommend sending your card information via e-mail, but you may opt to send in multiple e mails but you do so at your own risk.

Bank Transfer:

We prefer and accept electronic bank transfer, at no extra charge, information to be provided when an order is placed. Please indicate if you prefer to pay via this method. We accept payment in any currency, but any additional bank charges for conversion etc. must be borne at source, by the customer.

Credit and Debit Cards:

We accept most major credit and debit cards, ( American Express not accepted!). No surcharge is made for using your debit card, but we do implement a surcharge for credit card of 2.6% . Debit card is best for all , with no added surcharge. You can pay via Paypal, but we pass on to the customer the Paypal fee of 3% please, you can use the PayPal link below.

Cheques and Cash:

Cheques are accepted, but must clear if you have not purchased from us before. We prefer not to accept cash.

Account holders:

If you have dealt with us regularly before, you may order on account, with a settlement time of 7 to 14 days. An invoice will be sent out with your items.


You can click on the PayPal 'Buy Now' button to pay, but please confirm the total price before using this payment method, which is instant, safe and secure. You can also log into PayPal directly, and make payment to our account, the account I.D is
Also please send us a separate e-mail to give order details, and provide a full postal address and a telephone number, please. A 3% surcharge is made for using PayPal, which is what they charge us for their service . You do not need to be a registered PayPal account holder to use this option. You can also send us an e-mail with your order, and we can initiate a 'request funds' invoice to you via PayPal which you will receive to your reg'd PayPal e-mail address. (We hope to refine/simplify this option once we have worked out how all the new PayPal options now work! ) Paypal is registered in Luxembourg: it is up to buyers to decide whether or not to use their service.

Minimum Purchase:

The minimum purchase for mail order is £10, plus carriage charges.( Except for VioTech bow cushions)
